We deeply respect our patients’ time and trust, and we seek a candidate who will uphold this mission and “walk our talk.”This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, and the ideal candidate is willing to live and be an active part of the El Paso community. Since most of our patients are under the age of 18, we prefer candidates who hold Level 1 and Level 2 sedation permits, though we are willing to provide time and guidance for the right candidate to achieve this certification.

Our office has built a strong rapport with the families who have chosen us as their dental home.

We are looking into expanding our operations into General anesthesia and possibilities of another location in a prime area in El Paso Texas.

Practice Plans Taken?

Our offices are in network with Texas Medicaid and most PPO dental plans. We have a solid base of patients with a fairly distributed populations between private insurance patients and Medicaid patients.

Demographics:

Smile Center for Kids is a privately owned and operated practice that serves El Paso and surrounding areas. We are known for our customer service and moderate sedation approach. We serve a Hispanic market with patients ranging from 6 months old to age 65.

Buy-in Potential?

After a 2 year associate contract based on performance and relationship with owner dentists.
