About the Opportunity

Full-time associate position available at our private practice in Pearsall, Texas – Pearsall Family Dental and Orthodontics. Family-owned office with a great patient base and an amazing team. Eight-operatory office equipped with Vatech CT with Ceph, Neodent Implant kits, Itero Lumina and Medit I7 scanner, digital X-rays, and intraoral cameras. We perform all procedures including Crown and Bridge, RCT, Implants, Invisalign, Kids dentistry, Dentures and Partials. Mentorship is available. New grads are welcome to apply.

Compensation:
– Monthly guarantee of 20,000 (1000/day) or  25% adjusted production whichever is higher
– No Saturdays. Flexible work schedules.
– 5,000$ Sign on Bonus for 1 year contract, More for multi-year contracts
– Paid malpractice and licensing fee, and paid CE
