Associate Position in Louisiana with Future Partnership

Full or Part time Associate position for a busy practice in Alexandria, LA with future partnership opportunity.  Replacing a recently retired doctor who collected $1.2 million last year working 3 days a week with taking time off for vacations and travel.  Last year the practice collected a total of $3.2 million with just us two doctors.

Compensation is 35% of collections plus bonus if collections exceed a certain level.  Minimum daily guarantee for first 3 months.  We do most procedures in house with the exception of orthodontics.  Associate is free to practice any aspects of dentistry they are interested in.

This is an exceptional opportunity with expansion possibilities.  We have a very experienced and stable staff and a doctor who wants to mentor a new graduate.

Private Practice Family Dentistry
